Why We Began
Browning Advisors LLC was founded on the belief that everyone has the potential to lead—whether in their career, their community, or their personal life.
Our journey began with a deep passion for leadership development and a recognition of the challenges that professionals face in stepping into their full leadership potential.
Our founder, Jay Browning, brings decades of leadership experience spanning the U.S. Marine Corps, higher education administration, and professional fundraising. Throughout his career, he saw firsthand the power of strong leadership to inspire teams, create high-performing cultures, and drive meaningful change. However, he also recognized that many professionals lack the guidance and resources needed to develop those leadership skills effectively.
